Bow River Fly Fishing is not hard, and is an amazing, life long learning journey. We will have you casting well enough to catch fish from the boat, typically within the first half hour on the water.
We specialize in working with first time fly fishers and love to introduce everyone to this pass time turned obsession. But not to worry, YOU probably won’t become addicted like us!

At the Bow River Fly Fishing Company we don’t take ourselves too seriously, but we certainly make sure YOUR day trip on the water is First Class, Fun, Educational and creates fond memories where the fish get bigger every time you tell your story.
As your experienced guides, we are life long students of Fly Fishing and love to see YOU pick up on the excitement we feel every time we cast a line. Kevin, Luke and I enjoy nothing more than seeing you hook up a Bow River Trout, learning and applying new skills and even teaching us a thing or two along the way.

Our Two-Day Bow River Boot Camp won’t make you sweat, but we guarantee a good time while you learn.
You’ll combine outdoor classroom learning with actual fishing experience.
We load up the drift boat and head out for a day on the Mighty Bow River.
You’ll fish approximately 15k of fantastic, scenic trout water while applying your new fishy skills!
